He has been a design leader since 2018 and is passionate about delivering user-centric and inclusive solutions that enhance the customer experience and drive business value.

At Vipps MobilePay, Max is responsible for the overall user experience strategy, vision, and execution.

He has built and mentored a diverse and talented team of 15 designers, and integrated design and user insights as a natural part of our process for the whole organization.

Together, they have achieved national and international recognition for their work for inclusive and universal design, making their products accessible and enjoyable for everyone.
