Ruter: A design system for public transport

Christian is currently Head of Design at Sørby and previously managed design at Ruter, the public transport authority in the Oslo and parts of Viken region. Here, he oversaw the Ruter brand and its contribution to the overall customer experience, including the Sl18 tram. Christian has managed design teams for the last 20 years. He is a graphic engineer by education, an information designer by heart and is passionate about creating cohesive and effective user experiences.

Ronny Siikaluoma er en selverklært forkjemper for designsystemer, og har over 15 års erfaring som frontend-utvikler. Han trives aller best i skjæringspunktet mellom teknologi og design, og elsker CSS, ren kode og frontend-arkitektur. Fritiden bruker han gjerne på retro-gaming, en interesse som har ført ham inn i pikselkunstens verden – med 8-bits korsstingsbroderier.

Ingrid has a background as a designer, and has much love for systematic design approach and therefore designsystems.
